Any transactions involving Liberia Token (LIBT) are executed on decentralized platforms (e.g., Uniswap). We do not guarantee market prices or transaction execution. All transactions are final and irreversible.

8. Non-Custodial and No Fiduciary Duties

We do not custody or control your tokens or assets. We do not act as a fiduciary or provide escrow or intermediary services. You are solely responsible for your assets.

9. Compliance and Tax Obligations

You are responsible for understanding and complying with your local laws, tax reporting, and regulatory requirements regarding your use of LIBT and related platforms.

10. Gas Fees

Transactions on blockchain networks may require gas fees. You are solely responsible for paying any such fees incurred through your use of our Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Liberia Token and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
