Description
Act as the bridge between the LIBT team and the public—educating, onboarding, and supporting users across Liberia and the global diaspora.
What You Will Do
Respond to support inquiries and provide education on token use
Host onboarding sessions for users, vendors, and institutions
Manage help desk platforms, social DMs, and forum discussions
Track engagement feedback and provide UX insights to product team
Build documentation, tutorials, and community training tools
